Orders are processed in the order received and typically ship same day if placed before 12 PST M-F. We work hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible and we are unable to cancel or alter orders once placed.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

If your package shows delivered but can’t be located, please check with neighbors/building staff and allow 24–48 hours—then email support@anchorstrapco.com and we’ll help.

Full Shipping Policy

Eligible unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with original packaging.

Sale items and Items installed, worn, cut, sized, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to a $5 return shipping fee Fees are waived for verified defects, incorrect items, exchanges of equal or greater value, and store credit exchanges.
