30-day returns from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with original packaging.
A $5 return shipping fee applies (waived for defective items and exchanges).
Final sale items, custom products, and modified integrated components are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in the order received and typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
If your package shows delivered but can’t be located, please check with neighbors/building staff and allow 24–48 hours—then email support@anchorstrapco.com and we’ll help.
Warranty
Every Anchor product is backed by a 1-year warranty covering early product failure or manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation are not covered.
