I hate to say it but it’s not great. Very loose, spotty finishing, and rattles. Very disappointing compared to the other products from Anchor.

Would you be willing to send the brushed clasp back for a replacement? Im curious to see it for myself and see if theres anything I can improve to prevent this happening again. I personally check each clasp for smooth function prior to shipping and I'm suprised to hear this.
