Thank you for choosing Anchor Strap Co. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Made to order items can take up to 2 weeks to ship (deployant leather straps). 

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • All U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your package.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7–21 business days.

Shipping Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    Anchor Strap Co. is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at info@anchorstrapco.com and we'll do our best to help.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment to display.

Delays

  • We work hard to ship your order on time, but occasional carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unexpected demand. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
