Returns, Exchanges & Fitment Policy

Thank you for supporting Anchor Strap Company. We are a very small business, and every order is packed, checked, and handled with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but because our products are wearable watch components with precise fitment requirements, returned items must come back in new, unused condition so they can be offered to another customer.
This policy applies to purchases made from Anchor Strap Company (“Anchor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and unaltered

In original condition

Returned with original packaging and all included components

Free from signs of installation, sizing, cutting, modification, or wear. We are very proud of our end-link strap system and understand that it is necessary to confirm fit prior to use. We ask that if you are unsure about fitment please reach out to us at info@anchorstrapco.com. We will do our best to confirm compatibility.
Watch straps, bracelets, end-links, clasps, and other components are wearable goods. Items showing signs of installation, wrist wear, tool marks, bending, scratches, sizing, cutting, or modification are not eligible for return.
Because we are a small business, we are not able to resell items that have been installed, worn, altered, or damaged. Anchor Strap Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Return Authorization
To start a return, please either:

Submit a return request through your customer account, or
Once your return is approved, we will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
International returns must be shipped to:

Unauthorized, late, incomplete, or improperly shipped returns may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping
For approved domestic returns using our prepaid return label, a $5.00 USD flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are not provided for international orders.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Anchor Strap Company.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance or Sale items

Gift cards
-
Custom or personalized products
-
Kumamoto™ CTS straps that have been cut or sized

End-links that have been installed or had installation attempted
-
Kumamoto™ bracelets with protective coverings removed
-
Any strap, clasp, bracelet, or component showing signs of installation, wear, modification, damage, or tool marks
Installed integrated components are considered modified goods and are not eligible for return.
Anchor Strap Company reserves the right to determine return eligibility at its sole discretion.
5. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within the 14-day return window, provided the original item meets the return eligibility requirements above.
To help us process your exchange quickly, we recommend starting the exchange through your customer account portal and including the following details in the request notes:

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@anchorstrapco.com within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Anchor Strap Company may request photographs, videos, order details, or additional documentation before approving a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect spring bars, third-party tools, misuse, accidents, excessive force, normal wear, cosmetic aging, or modification is not considered a defect.
7. European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned goods must be:

Returned in original packaging

Returned with all included components

Accompanied by proof of purchase
This does not apply to custom, personalized, cut, sized, installed, modified, or worn items where exclusions are permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@anchorstrapco.com.
9. Chargebacks & Abuse
We are always happy to help resolve an issue directly when possible. However, Anchor Strap Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks when our return policy has not been followed.
Excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return behavior may result in refusal of future orders.
